Notes
Test on a hidden spot first. If the surface feels oily, buff with a clean, dry towel. Shake or stir before use (oil and vinegar separate). Olive oil goes rancid in about 6 months once opened, so make small batches; jojoba keeps 2 to 5 years.Safety: not for cutting boards. Also: vinegar can dull some finishes (lacquer, shellac, wax), test; oily rags can be a fire risk if wadded up, let them dry flat before discarding. Label the jar so it isn't mistaken for salad dressing.
