A dry mix of instant coffee, hot chocolate powder, creamer and spices, kept in a jar. Stir 2 to 3 tablespoons into a mug of boiling water for a cafe-style cup.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup instant coffee granules
  • 1 cup instant hot chocolate powder
  • 1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer

Directions

  • Stir the ingredients together.
  • Keep in a glass jar or other airtight container.

Notes

Add 2 to 3 tablespoons to a mug of boiling water and stir until dissolved.
