Pack into molds (muffin tins, loaf pans, silicone molds) or shape to fit a suet cage.
Let cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate or freeze until solid.
Place in a feeder and hang it in the shade.
Notes
Safety: NH Fish and Game recommends feeding December 1 to April 1 and removing suet after April 1 so it doesn't draw bears. Hot rendered fat burns, melt over low heat. Winter food only; it spoils in warm weather.
