A tiny eggless chocolate cake mixed in one bowl with a fork, sized for a single small Easy-Bake Oven pan. The dry ingredients can be mixed ahead.

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salad oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

  • Add the flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, baking soda, oil, vanilla, vinegar, and water to a small bowl.
  • Stir with a fork, pouring in the water as you mix; take care not to overbeat.
  • Spoon the batter into a prepared Easy-Bake Oven pan.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes, until the center looks set.

Notes

Doubling or tripling may need a different pan size and cook time. Store covered at room temperature up to 1 day, or refrigerate 3 to 4 days. Dry ingredients can be mixed ahead and stored airtight in a cool, dry place up to 6 months.
