Onion Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1 envelope Lipton Golden Onion or Onion Recipe Soup Mix
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 2/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 8 pork chops 1/2 inch thick
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine soup mix with bread crumbs. Dip chops in eggs, then soup mixture, coating well. Place in lightly greased large shallow baking pan and drizzle if desired with melted butter. Bake, turning once, 1 hour or until tender. Makes 8 servings.
