Child Safety Policy

QTBird.com is committed to keeping the site, including its forums, comments, and reviews, safe and free of child sexual abuse and exploitation. I have a zero-tolerance policy for any sexual or suggestive content involving minors (anyone under 18), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

What Is Prohibited

QTBird.com may not be used in any way to endanger, abuse, or exploit children. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Posting, sharing, linking to, or requesting any material that sexualizes minors or depicts their sexual abuse or exploitation, including altered or AI-generated images.
  • Grooming, or any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes.
  • Threatening or blackmailing a minor, including with intimate images, real or claimed.
  • Advertising or soliciting a minor for sexual exploitation or trafficking.
  • Any content or activity that violates child protection laws.

How the Community Is Moderated

Posts in the forums, comments, and reviews appear on the site when they are submitted. I and any volunteer moderators regularly review community content, and anything that breaks this policy or my Terms of Service will be removed. QTBird.com is intended for adults 18 and older. How to Report a Concern

If you see anything that may involve the abuse or exploitation of a child:

  • Use the report option on the post, if available, or let me know right away through my contact form. Please include a link to the post, but do not copy, download, screenshot, or share the material itself.
  • You can also report it directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline or by calling 1-800-843-5678.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.

What Happens Next

When content that violates this policy is found or reported:

  • It is removed from public view as quickly as possible.
  • Apparent CSAM is reported to NCMEC’s CyberTipline, as required by U.S. law, and information is preserved as the law requires.
  • The account responsible is permanently banned.
  • I cooperate fully with law enforcement, which may include sharing account information to support an investigation.

I review this policy regularly and will update it as laws and best practices change.
