Plant Cool-Season Crops
Peas, spinach, lettuce, radishes and onions don’t mind cool weather and can go in a few weeks before your last frost. Sow peas along a fence or trellis and plant lettuce and radishes every two weeks for a steady harvest instead of all at once.
