Onion Cheese Dip Mix

A small packet of onion, Parmesan, and bouillon that turns a cup of sour cream into a party dip.
Ingredients
Mix
- 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
To make the dip
- 1 cup sour cream
Equipment

Directions
- Stir the onion, bouillon, Parmesan, and garlic salt together in a small bowl.
- Spoon the mix onto a 6-inch square of foil, fold it closed so it’s airtight, and label it.
- To make the dip, stir one package of mix into 1 cup sour cream.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Store the mix in a cool, dry place and use it within 3 to 4 months. Keep the finished dip refrigerated.
