Ingredients
- ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon (3 ¼ oz/90 g) Nutella
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
Equipment
- mug
- whisk
Directions
- In a large microwave-safe mug, whisk together the Nutella and egg.
- Stir in the flour until smooth.
- Microwave for about 45 seconds to 1 minute (this is for a 1200W microwave), and keep an eye on it so it does not overflow or overcook.
- It is done when the top is set and firm. Let cool a few minutes and serve warm, with vanilla ice cream if you like.
