Gift card snow globe jar

A gift card set in a waterless snow globe jar with fake snow and mini ornaments. A fun way to give a gift card.
What You’ll Need
- Glass jar with lid
- Gift card
- Mini ornaments (two per jar in the steps)
- Fake snow
- Washi tape
- Paint (optional)
- Sticky putty
Equipment

- scissors
Directions
- If the jar lids have lettering on them, cover them with a solid color of paint, ideally spray paint (skip this if the lids are plain).
- Be sure the gift card fits inside the jar. If it slides around, stick a dab of putty on the underside of the lid to keep it in place.
- Take off the lid and hold the jar upside down, with the lid at the bottom.
- Sprinkle fake snow inside the lid, then set two ornaments on top of the snow.
- Slip the gift card into the jar, then screw the jar onto the lid.
- Give the jar a shake to rearrange everything if you don’t like how it looks.
- Optional: press a strip of washi tape on the back of the jar or on the lid to serve as a gift tag, and write on it with a Sharpie.
