Rubbing alcohol should work to remove ink stains. Apply it and dab/blot. Try shaving cream, white vinegar, nail polish remover, baking soda and water paste and cheap aerosol hairspray (one at a time) to boost your efforts. See which removes the most ink and continue to use that method. It is going to come out in multiple stages and not immediately. Be sure to have a folded towel in between, so the ink doesn’t bleed through the garment. You can try to soak the item in a bowl of warm milk with lemon juice, too. Let soak overnight. Then launder as usual. Lastly, you can make a paste by mixing 2 tablespoons of cream of tartar with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Apply the paste onto the stain and let set for 3 to 4 hours, then brush off the paste and wash the garment as usual.
