What You’ll Need

  • 3 tbsp powdered goat milk
  • 2 tbsp grade 1 lavender buds
  • 2 tbsp colloidal oatmeal
  • 5 tbsp extra fine Epsom salt
  • 2 mL lavender essential oil
  • 1 mL chamomile essential oil
  • 5 large sealable tea bags

Equipment

  • mixing bowl

Directions

  1. Stir the Epsom salt with the lavender and chamomile oils until the oil is worked in.
  2. Add the powdered goat milk and break up any clumps.
  3. Stir in the colloidal oatmeal and lavender buds until evenly mixed.
  4. Spoon the blend into an 8-ounce jar, or fill each tea bag with 1 to 2 tablespoons, leaving room at the top, and seal it.

Notes

Drop one bag into a warm bath and let it steep while you soak. Keep the jar closed and dry. Safety: do a patch test first, and watch your step, since the oils can make the tub slippery.
