Fine French Sea-Salt Body Polish

Fine French gray sea salt bound with melted squalane, seaweed extract and emulsifying wax, with a little mica. Massage onto wet skin and rinse.
What You’ll Need
- 16 oz velvet-fine French gray sea salt
- 3.5 oz squalane oil
- 1 oz seaweed extract
- 0.1 oz emulsifying wax
- 0.1 oz polysorbate 80
- 2 mL After the Rain fragrance oil
- 1/8 tsp Aqua Pearl mica
Equipment
- double boiler
- mixing bowl
- mason jars
Directions
Make the mix
- Melt the squalane, extract and emulsifying wax together over gentle heat.
- Mix in the polysorbate and fragrance.
- In another bowl, stir the salt and mica together.
- Mix the oil blend into the salt, then pack into dry jars.
To use
- Rub a little onto wet skin and rinse off.
Notes
Finely ground salt is best; salts sting broken skin and can leave bath floors slippery.
