Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter powder
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar or a sugar-free swap such as Swerve confectioner’s blend
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk or coconut milk powder for a dairy-free version

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • mason jars

Directions

  1. Stir the mix ingredients together and keep in a clean mason jar.

Notes

One mug: heat 1 cup of milk (water works; milk is creamier). Put 3 tablespoons of mix in a mug, pour the hot milk over, and stir slowly until smooth. Optional toppings: whipped cream, mini marshmallows, a drizzle of melted peanut butter. Storage: shelf-stable for months in a clean mason jar. Safety: peanut allergy; contains dairy powder unless the coconut milk powder swap is used.
