Water, cornstarch, and food coloring shaken in a spray bottle for colorful pictures on the sidewalk, snow, or sand.
What You’ll Need
- 1 cup water
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- food coloring
Equipment
- spray bottle
- measuring cups
Directions
- Pour the water into a spray bottle and add the cornstarch and a few drops of food coloring.
- Screw on the top and shake until the cornstarch is mixed in.
- Let kids spray pictures on the sidewalk, the snow, or the sand. Shake the bottle again whenever the cornstarch settles.
Notes
Make one bottle for each color. It washes away with the hose or the next rain. Food coloring can stain clothes, so play in old ones.
