  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoons sugar (or maple syrup)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 5 tablespoons cubed bread buttered (around 1 slice)

Equipment

  • mug

Directions

  1. In a microwavable mug, stir the milk, egg, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until blended.
  2. Cut the buttered bread into bite-sized squares.
  3. Add the bread and raisins and push them down until they are covered by the liquid. Let the mug sit on the counter for 10 minutes so the bread soaks.
