Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 to 3.9 ounce) instant pudding (any flavor)
  • 2 cups milk or half & half

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk

Directions

  1. Stir the pudding and milk together in a large bowl just until combined.
  2. Work fast, before it thickens, and divide the mixture among popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze until firm, at least 3 hours, or overnight if you can.

Notes

Higher-fat milk makes a creamier pop; nondairy milk won’t thicken properly. Sugar-free: use Zero Sugar instant pudding (sweetened with aspartame).
