Ingredients
  

  • 1 (1.5-ounce) package Knorr Four Cheese Sauce Mix
  • 3 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package Lipton Recipe Secrets vegetable flavor broth mix
  • 3 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • 3 cups powdered coffee creamer
  • 5 tablespoons cornstarch

Equipment

  • zip-top bags
  • microwave-safe bowl
  • mug

Directions
 

  1. Stir all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl until evenly mixed.
  2. Spoon into 8 small zip-top bags, using about 1/2 cup for each.

Notes

Empty one bag into a microwave-safe mug, add 1 cup water, stir until fully moistened. Microwave on HIGH 1 1/2 minutes. Stir, cover, let stand 3 minutes. If not hot enough, heat in 15-second intervals.
Storage: dry mix airtight, cool and dry, up to 6 months. Prepared soup refrigerated within 2 hours, 3 to 4 days.
