  • 1 1/2 C egg noodle pasta
  • 1/2 C Thrive zucchini
  • 1/2 C Thrive mushroom pieces
  • 1/4 C Thrive celery
  • 1 T Thrive chopped onions (fd)
  • 1/4 C Thrive green beans
  • 1/3 C Thrive chopped spinach
  • 1/4 C Thrive sweet corn
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Thrive butter powder
  • 1 T Thrive chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 C Thrive tomato powder
  • 2 T heavy cream powder
  • 1/2 T basil
  • 1/2 T parsley
  • 1/3 C Thrive shredded mozzarella cheese

Equipment

  • mason jars
  • saucepan

Directions

  1. Begin with the powders and seasonings in the jar, then add the heavier foods, and finish with the lighter ones.
  2. Once the jars are full, drop in an oxygen absorber packet.

Notes

To cook: remove the oxygen packet. In a saucepan combine the jar contents with 3 1/2 cups water. Stir well and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, about 15 to 20 minutes, until the sauce thickens and the noodles are cooked. The sauce thickens more off the heat.
Safety: cream powder, butter powder and freeze-dried cheese can go rancid.
