1 cup mix replaces 1 cup Bisquick. Other uses: pancakes (2 cups mix, 1 cup milk, optional 1 egg); chicken and dumplings (4 cups chicken broth, 2 cups cooked shredded chicken, 1 cup milk, 2 cups mix; drop into simmering broth, cover 10 minutes, then about 5 minutes uncovered); coffee cake (batter: 2 cups mix, ⅔ cup milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 egg; streusel: ⅓ cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons mix, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons softened butter; greased 8-inch pan, 375°F, 18–22 minutes).
