A layered white and semi-sweet chocolate fudge loaded with sliced and chopped Snickers bars. Cut into squares for parties or gift boxes.
Ingredients
- 14-15 Fun Size Snickers Bars or about 4-5 full-size bars
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract divided
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Equipment
- microwave-safe bowl
- 9-inch square pan
- chef’s knife
- cutting board
Directions
- Line a 9-inch square pan with wax or parchment paper. Slice 12 Fun Size bars into four pieces each (or slice 4 full-size bars into 12 pieces each) and set aside. Chop the rest into small pieces.
- Microwave the white chocolate chips and half of the condensed milk (just under 2/3 cup) in intervals of 15-20 seconds, stirring, until almost melted. Stir until smooth and mix in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
- Spread to the edges of the pan. Lay the sliced Snickers on top and let it firm up a little.
- Melt the semi-sweet chips with the rest of the condensed milk in the same way, then stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
- Pour over the white layer and spread to the edges. Scatter the chopped Snickers over the top and press in lightly.
- Let cool completely at room temperature, or refrigerate for about 1 hour. Cut into 1-inch squares.
Notes
Store airtight; refrigeration not required, but refrigerate if the room is warm, or freeze for longer storage. Contains peanuts.
