Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy powdered creamer
  • 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon allspice (optional)

Equipment

  • airtight jar
  • zip-top bags
  • blender

Directions

  1. Put the creamer and all the spices in a zip-close bag or mason jar.
  2. Close it and shake, or stir, until well mixed.
  3. For a finer texture, you can give it a quick pulse in a blender.
  4. Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry spot.

Notes

Stir 1 generous heaping teaspoon into a mug of hot coffee or tea. For a frothy drink, mix the powder into a little steamed milk, froth, and add to coffee. Best within 6 months; keep sealed away from heat and steam; discard if flat, clumped from moisture, or off-smelling.
