  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 teaspoon LorAnn Cake Batter Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Butter Vanilla Emulsion

  • 2-3 tablespoons sugar to taste

Equipment

  • saucepan

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, gently warm the cream, milk, and sugar until the sugar melts. Do not let it boil.
  2. Whisk in the white chocolate chips until they melt and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Take the pan off the heat and whisk in the condensed milk, cake batter extract, butter vanilla emulsion, almond extract, and imitation vanilla.
  4. If you like, whisk in the ethyl maltol while the mixture is still warm.
  5. Let it cool all the way, then pour it into a sealed glass jar or bottle and refrigerate.

Notes

Shake before each use. Keep refrigerated up to 10 days in a sealed glass jar or bottle. Do not freeze (affects texture).
