Notes

Holiday simmer pot with warm spices: 1 lemon and 1 orange, sliced into rounds; 1-1/2 cups cranberries; 1-1/2 cups chopped pine or spruce needles; 1 cinnamon stick; 1 teaspoon whole cloves; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; optional 1 clean, dried pine cone. Never leave unattended. Use only clean, pesticide-free greenery; yew is toxic, so be sure what you’re cutting. Pine needles are harmful to pets if chewed. Not for eating.
