Ingredients

  • 1 can (46 ounces) pineapple juice chilled
  • 1 can (46 ounces) orange juice chilled
  • 1 can (12 ounces) frozen limeade concentrate thawed
  • 1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate thawed
  • 3 liters ginger ale chilled
  • 1 pint lemon or pineapple sherbet
  • 1 pint lime sherbet
  • 1 pint orange sherbet

Equipment

  • pitcher

Directions

  1. Stir the pineapple juice, orange juice, limeade concentrate, and lemonade concentrate together in a large punch bowl.
  2. Pour in the ginger ale slowly and gently to keep the fizz from foaming up.
  3. Add scoops of sherbet, mixing up the flavors for color if you like.
  4. Serve right away.

Notes

Mix the juices a day ahead and refrigerate; add the ginger ale and sherbet just before serving. It doesn't keep, since the soda goes flat and the sherbet melts. If you add alcohol for the grown-ups, set out a separate alcohol-free bowl for kids. Sherbet contains dairy.
