Notes
Store airtight in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Variations: Cookies & Milk (add 1 cup chopped Oreos and 1 cup chopped chocolate chip cookies after the vanilla), Peanut Butter (add 1/2 cup peanut butter before heating; may look seized, which is normal), Mint Chip (2 teaspoons peppermint extract, 2 to 3 drops green food coloring, 1 cup chocolate chips).
