Home perm solution on clothes

Blot, then soak in soapy vinegar water. Perm chemicals can change color later.

  1. Try this first

    Blot, soak, wash

Blot up the product without rubbing it wider. Soak 15 minutes in a quart of warm water with 1/2 teaspoon dish soap and 1 tablespoon white vinegar, if the fabric allows it, rinse well, then wash as the label says and air dry to check.

Not for delicate or dry-clean-only fabric. Perm chemicals can cause color changes or damage that shows up later.

Still there? Try the all-purpose ways or pick another stain.
