Tomato plant stains on hands

The green-brown on your hands is plant pigment. A mild acid lightens it.

  1. Try this first

    Lemon juice or vinegar

Rub lemon juice on your hands, or soak them for 10 to 15 minutes in half white vinegar and half water, then wash with soap. A baking soda paste scrubbed on gently also helps.

Stop if your skin is cracked or sore.

Still there? Try the all-purpose ways or pick another stain.
